Promote yourself with groups

Another great way to promote you and your business is by joining internet groups and forums. First, it is important to at least have a niche market when you decide to join.  For example, if your market is women business owners, then you would want to find groups and forums that relate to women in business.   One of my favorite internet groups is www.betternetworker.com.  This community is particularly geared to those who are interested in building relationships with other business owners to share resources and strategies in the home based business industry.  Remember when you join a group, you are there to connect with others and not to just sell to them.  Many of the groups have rules and regulations, so it is a good idea to review their guidelines so that you will not be labeled as a spammer.  No one wants to be spammed.
